Question about buying YT channel

I have a question about buying a monetized YouTube channel.

If for instance an individual is selling a channel that has a UK Adsense account, as a Canadian would that transfer over to me (if I purchased that channel)? Or would I need to create a new Adsense account and attach it to the channel? Also, would it be safer to create your own Adsense or does it not matter? Thanks for the clarification.

I al not sure that you would receive funds because you will need to connect UK bank account.

How do you know if you can add your own Adsense account to a YT channel? Was it always the case or do only some channels allow it?

You would need to go to YouTube Studio > Monetization and you will see an Adsense > Change
