I know many of you own websites (duh). I want your input on the new version of reCaptcha (it’s not working for me and it leaks spam). It promised user-friendly form security (no more picking pictures). I spent an hour last night updating all my websites, from switching keys to fixing the forms, only to find out that the piece of crap release basically doesn’t work. The version two worked great, not a single spam message got through. Albeit, it was probably cumbersome to some visitors, but I believe people got used to it now. Now we have a non-working code on all our websites with also forces a banner like logo you can’t remove.
Don’t expect any answers, just venting! Poor release Google, a very poor release.
