What’s the refund policy for verification?
I’ve been told you HAVE to give full refunds. Is this true? No partial refunds if all is needed is a portal to submit through?
Yes. The money will stay in SWAPD escrow untill the job is completed. If the time is running out or if the job has failed, you will get a full refund. (Unless you discussed something else). Make sure to confirm this with the seller before starting the ticket if you are not sure
