We see this quite often now, a seller claims a 3-4 day turnaround time and then the ticket gets dragged on forever because of the coronavirus. We’re asking sellers to stop taking orders if their service depends on contacting various support lines across all the social media platforms, which are affected by the COVID-19 limitations. Don’t get us wrong, we understand that we all got blindsided by this pandemic, and we’re OK with current tickets. But, don’t take on new buyers until things have settled.
Hopefully, this crisis will end soon and we can all get back to doing what we do best.
