Reset banned instagram password

Hi , does anyone knows how to reset disabled instagram account password without using phone number ? My phone number didn’t work (My account has a phone number linked) or if you know how to solve sticking at 24hour screen review problem on disabled account please pm me , thank you :slight_smile:

Have tried but it didn’t work unfortunately since my phone number has some problems :frowning:

I have this same problem. One of my accounts got targeted for impersonation ban and I do not know my password and a few of my accounts used that number and got Arti banned.

@Thanos I have some accounts stuck in a login screen verification loop? Ever hear of this?
