Reviving 100k travel instagram account

Hello

I have a 100k Travel account. Sadly it only gets about 700-1100 likes per post (over 2-3 days). It was a long time inactive but always the same niche. How can i bring it back to life? If someone can help me out or has an idea what to do?

you can use engagement groups to boost it up also doing shoutout for shoutouts with other travel accounts would u be open to selling?
