Hey, I am looking to purchase a facebook panel.

Specifically, the GPA panel. The guy is in turkey and wants $15,000 for it. Are their any risks involved with this panel/panel in general?

It’s not a hard-to-find support channel. it’s almost no different from classic advertiser support. If you intend to verify people with this portal, it is not possible. At the same time, even claiming usernames is not simple/fast through this portal. Not even worth $1,000.
