Seller Success Ratio Feature - ITS LIVE! Post your success ratio ITT! - UPDATE: We've fixed the tracking issue

This is the best change you have ever done! Congrats!

Edit* Is there any way to check sellers who have the highest success rate? The same as the top grossing sellers but for the success rate?

Reliable, seasoned sellers with strong reputations are still reliable despite the success ratio, which we know is partially flawed. But NOW, when you see a seller with 30 transactions and a 10% success ratio, you can avoid a mess!

Suddenly certain users who think they are the king of this website seem like losers, lol interesting to see!

Just because someone’s success rate is showing low doesn’t mean they are not doing good work. This new feature shows success based on closed tickets, but many tickets are closed because of buyer mistakes, cancellations, or no follow-up. That doesn’t mean the service failed.

Also, no service can have 100% success all the time. Even restore access services that are done through direct representative contact can fail sometimes. It’s part of the process.

Calling them losers doesn’t make sense when they are actually doing well and getting results. Many of them are working properly and making good.

So better to understand the full picture before judging. Numbers alone don’t show everything.

Let’s see how the ratio looks like once it was optimised for those things you mentioned.

I’m talking about one specific account. Pretty sure this account already complained somewhere why it doesn’t show 200%.

my profile sucks now
