I have a newsletter with 11,000 Subscribers that makes me around $10k per month on average. Readers are all agency/business owners who are actively interested in lead generation (mostly B2B).
I’m either up for existing the list completely for $100k or selling just the list for $20k. With the $20k option you’d just keep the list and brand it under your own newsletter (and I’d continue messaging the same list under my newsletter).
I would rather go for the $20k option and there’s ways to make it work logistically in terms of deliverability, opt-in, etc.

The newsletter consists of people who opted in on this website www.leadbook.app which is my SAAS platform. As for the payouts I could show you my Stripe somehow, not sure exactly how we’d go about it. We could hop on a video call or something like that or I could share view access to your email

curious how the 20k option would work. Both you and buyer would be messaging the same client list. Unsure how that would work? Essentially becomes a competition for business.

As for the $20k option you’d just use the email list with different branding. I’d be the LeadBook Newsletter as usual and you’d be the XYZ Newsletter
As for competing I don’t see that as an issue, most people have several newsletters in their inbox
