After agreeing on working together I will do a full audit of your project/site. This includes a technical audit, a keyword/content audit, competitor audit, and a backlink audit. This give me an overview of everything from server level to external metrics.
Step 2: Identify issues From Audit And Create A Priority List
Using the audit data I will determine the issues from an SEO/Web standpoint and prioritize them based on severity of the issue and the budget and create action items for each issue.
Step 3: Execute Action Items From Audit/Strategy
After the audit process and strategy creation its time to fix, create, optimize and your project.
This can be done a number of ways -

Step 4: Monitor & Adjust As Needed
During and after the strategy action items are being completed, I will monitor your project and depending on the level of competition can recommend adjustments in real time as some times Google does not do what it should do
