Scope:
This policy applies to all services provided on SWAPD, including but not limited to video removals, comment deletions, and asset removals.
Policy Statement:
All services rendered must remain active and in effect until the Checkout Ticket is officially closed. Regardless of any private agreements made between the buyer and seller, SWAPD’s policy requires that services maintain their effectiveness throughout the entire transaction process, including the grace period leading up to the closure of the ticket.
Key Points:
- Services, especially those involving video removals, comment deletions, or asset removals, must remain intact until the ticket is closed.
- Sellers cannot demand payment if the service is not active for the entire duration of the transaction process.
- If issues arise after the ticket has been closed, buyers and sellers have a 90-day dispute window to address any concerns.
Enforcement:
If a service fails before the ticket is closed, sellers will not receive payment. Disputes arising after the ticket closure must be raised within the 90-day dispute window for review by the SWAPD team.
Violations:
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to non-payment for services, suspension, or banning from the platform.
