Setting up an LLP Company in UK

Hello guys,

Someone shared with me last time a guide on how to open register a company in UK from companywizard.co.uk

I am looking forward to setup a company, I am a foreigner based in the UAE, want to ask some Info related to taxation & VAT related to HM revenue.

Is there anyone from UK in here that can help with those information ?

The business is drop shipping business, LLP & mainly I want to see if I should be paying taxes & if I should register in HM.

On google I found many information which may be misleading things the reason why I am asking.

& if anyone else from a country other then UK who know anything about setting up a company anywhere the easy way to get license so you can activate Shopify payments please comment on this thread.

Just avoid the trouble bro, you’ll have to file and pay taxes on profits. It’s only useful if you’re from a country with 0 access to payment processors like Wise or Stripe and you’ll use the LLP to open those or a bank account in The UK.

You’re based in The UAE, you’re good, don’t downgrade and get headaches lol
