Shopify is asking me this but i dont have it and i dont know if i can get it.
Anybody can do it? The document should be legit.
“File Name: Evidence of physical operations
Description: For your business location: Lease agreement (dated within 12 months), property insurance document (dated within 12 months) or utility bill (water, electricity, or gas bill, dated within 3 months).”
Budget: 80$
What I believe shopify want to see is the document matching your name and details provided to shopify. How do you expect to find such here when you also mention the document must be legit. how is your request possible?
You realize people don’t care and will do KYC for someone for $80 right? Anyways, I’m looking for the same thing. PM me too if you can do this
Not sure what you’re selling, but your approach is wrong if you’re trying to sell a product, but use something else for verification. You should be telling them you’re an online retailer, and provide them with a mockup site to verify that your business is legit. Once they verify it, then you change it to your money site.
