To give you an example, my first flat ran 183000 PLN
Six years later, the value jumped to 298000 PLN
Fast forward to now, the same flat is worth 500000 PLN
Poland is becoming crazy expensive.

This is nothing. The cheapest house you can get where I live is like $385k and it’ll be small af. the housing marketing is insane here.
