No, the problem with rolex right now is that they stopped manufacturing watches in the last two years , less watches in every retail …
if there is two same type of one watch they agree to sell

It’s not new, it’s been like this for the past 2-3 years. you can only get them watches through AD or if you have some connections on the waiting list. Sucks but that’s what keeps the hype

Rooftop above me is still available. Working hard to buy it. Owner gave me the keys and now I’m hooked. So no bad investments till I get that.

LMK. Can refer you to some lenders who will fund unlimited loans with no credit or bank check as long as you have 20% down. Great way to scale. Mine are all in the $200k range and rent for $1,500 to $1,600
