If you want a big house you can get one in Athens for the same amout (150k) There are companies in Israel that faciliate this. 5 years after buying you can apply for citizenship as well.
Youd also be able to rent it for 400-600$ a month

Well, volume doesn’t mean anything if it doesn’t convert to profit and I am just guessing as I haven’t been trading much besides a few week timeframe. Willing to take a bet on me having 300M+ volume in let’s say 20 days if you are doubtful. Let’s say $10k?

With that kind of budget, you can buy a mansion in Ohio, USA - and still have some change left for a jacuzzi.
You could buy a garage for a SMART or something in the Netherlands.
