Is there a guarantee that the badge will remain because I bought 3 accounts and lost the badge a week after purchasing it, and some lost the badge within 48 hours

I cannot guarantee anything because I don’t know how you are using the accounts.
If you are using them for illegal or fake purposes there is a chance Snapchat can revoke the badge upon manual review, anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.
