Starting 1.12.2020 - Adding funds to SWAPD Rewards from failed/successful tickets is no longer allowed (until further notice)

Long story short, due to our company tax set up we pay taxes on all user income which is held longer than 30 days. Our members got so used to their funds being held that we have tens of thousands of dollars sitting idly every month, and this is causing a huge loss for us tax-wise. SWAPD Rewards section was created for income generated only via referral links, and starting today, we’re going to keep it that way. We apologize for the inconvenience, but until we sort things on our end all failed (or successful) tickets will need to be paid out as soon as possible.

Thank you for understanding.

Users with remaining balances please contact staff ASAP or use the funds to purchase something by the end of the month.

I would also like to add that this isn’t permanent, only until we change our tax bracket.

No. You will be paid once your ticket is completed. The only change is that we can’t add the funds to your SWAPD rewards balance. Also meaning no “store credit”. You must accept the payment upon completion of the ticket.

Smart move guys,
Don’t pay uncle sam to much, wouldn’t go offshore but maybe double registrated meaning a holding and 2 llc’s you don’t pay on capital gains on a holding.

If that works in the US as well.

So this means no sales rn or can still have sales?

Are you selling as a company within the EU?

From a seller*

If we want to buy for a seller now how can we proceed?Via paypal?Or smth else?

What exactly do you mean? You can still buy via PayPal. We are just saying that if a ticket gets cancelled, we must refund the payment back to your account and cannot hold it for the buyer. And same goes for the seller - if they successfully sell something, we must pay them out there and then.
