Starting today, we can process bank wire transactions for unlimited amounts!

Previously, our wire limits were $10K for regular members and $20K for MC/Partners. But now, thanks to our partnership with Trustap, those limits are gone!

Here are a few important points:

  • Larger wires will need to be processed manually until Trustap is live on SWAPD, which will take about 14-21 days. This manual process is a little slower, but we want to offer the feature ASAP, so if you have a large wire transaction, you can now do it!
  • You can start any large transactions you want via wire today. Just tag @SWAPD in your tickets.

We’re excited about this upgrade, and it will be even more amazing once Trustap is live in our Checkout Ticket system!

No. I was just saying that full Trustap integration into our system will take around 20 days. Manual bank wires via Trustap are quicker but more cumbersome as we do everything through email. In 20 days, things will work smoother.
