A couple of weeks ago I received an email asking me to change my hotmail password as my account was compromised. After changing my password I receive a message from Facebook stating that my account was under review. I have a personal FB page which is linked to my business FB page. This also links to my business IG page and thus, also my personal IG page. My business partner and friend who does not have FB, but links his personal IG to the business IG has also had his personal IG suspended. So all the above pages are suspended.
Facebook then states that my account is suspended due to violating terms. Funnily enough, I received an email shortly before this from Facebook which stated that my Ads account was incorrectly disabled and that it was reinstated. Then after submitting my ID, I receive a message from FB stating that I am ineligible to use FB. I try to appeal by submitting further ID but it shows the message: “We have fewer people available to review information due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This means that we may be unable to review your account.“
Knowing that I have 30 days to appeal my account before permanent decision and I am at a dead end, and that I really need my business page up and running including my business partner’s and my personal accounts up, I am asking for help on reinstating my FB and IG pages.
Please let me know if you can help and what you require from me. I was recommended to use SWAPD from a good friend but I am new here. Someone must have hacked my account and then got me suspended as Facebook marketing took out a lot of money from my bank account.
