Yes, we’re doing it again! SWAPD’s annual Unban Forgiveness Program is back, giving select banned users a rare opportunity to return. Every year, we open a 2-3 week window to review reinstatement applications. However, we understand this can raise concerns among our regular members. Rest assured, we only consider cases that fall under specific, reviewable conditions.
Who Can Apply for Reinstatement?
We’re not bringing back just anyone—only users who meet the following criteria will be considered:
Breaking an off-site violation
Non-payment (must pay back what is owed to the rightful party)
Delaying tickets without a valid reason (being petty or irresponsible doesn’t count!)
Posting prohibited items
Not honoring dispute resolutions (must refund, replace, or fix the issue as required)
How to Apply
If you believe you qualify for reinstatement, send an email to support@swapd.co with the following details:
Your SWAPD username
The reason you were banned
A confirmation that you’re willing to resolve any outstanding issues (refunds, fixes, or any required actions)
We’re taking applications until end of March 2025.
Important Notes
Reinstated users will be demoted—any prior rank or status will not be restored.
We will NOT consider: scammers, exchange runners (unless they pay up), or chronic troublemakers.
