CloudFlare works as long as the attack is going through the domain. If they’ve got your real server’s IP, they can ddos directly so your server would be down again. Hope you can fix this!

Seems like the site is loading quickly again
The attacker (or should I say the person who hired the attacker) is probably creaming his pants. But the truth is, he most likely paid for this service, so he is also burning money. On top of that, he decided to attack during the weekend, where traffic/ticket activity is down by 80%.
Weak sauce.
This is probably a kid who is mad.
And talking about ‘kids’, I remember one scamming kid who has been under SWAPD radar for long.
Can’t remember him, but I remember seeing threads where people were planning lawsuits and drive-bys for this kid. Haha.
I have feeling its him.
The kid who scammed everyone for their IG/FB pages. Baton something.

It has to be the scammers.
It can’t be competitors as SWAPD is a different space altogether and doesn’t compare to any other site.
Its the scamming kids who got mad.
And probably paid someone a few hundred bucks to do this or purchased a script.

Hmmmmm. Seems like lot of new discussion on that thread in the last 24 hours (prior to that, no discussion for a week).
Lot of talk in the last 24 hours, and then the DDoS.
Timing is adding up.
Most probably they using a service, there is plenty of them if you know where to look.
You are right, he has to spend money to do this but also they can be very very powerful.
Attacks can be timed and they stop for a little and come back.
Anyway hope all resolves soon enough and they run out of money.
Whoever is doing this must be bored out of their mind.
If you’re that bored, go to the gym and do something productive than ruining stuff for other people.

Thank you, I was really hoping for an update not a confirmation that the page is getting attacked.
I am sorry for being rude, @ConvercityYT, but you asked an obvious question in a thread that answered your question ten times over. We were updating the topic every once in a while, and my temper was short due to the outage. To me, your question was equivalent to running up to a person who’s drowning and asking them “yo, are you drowning?”
