SWAPD Payment Methods

All transactions on SWAPD are processed through SWAPD (operated by VEYYO Limited Partnership, Canada, as Merchant of Record). Funds are paid to SWAPD and remain in custody until administrative payout or refund is authorized in accordance with the Checkout Ticket terms and our Terms of Service.

1. Cryptocurrency Payments

  • Supported Coins – SWAPD accepts USDC (ERC20 & TRC20), USDT (ERC20 & TRC20), BTC, ETH, and SOL.
  • Conversion Tool – Members holding other cryptocurrencies may use the SWAPD Crypto Swapper tool to convert into a supported coin prior to initiating a transaction.
  • Transaction Limits – No monetary limits apply to cryptocurrency payments.
  • Membership Access – Available to all members, including those flagged with Safety Concern status.
  • Risk Notice – Transactions involving Safety Concern members carry elevated risk. By using crypto payments, Buyers acknowledge and accept these risks.

2. Credit Card Payments

  • Processing Partner – All credit card payments are facilitated through our third-party payments partner, Trustap.com.
  • Eligibility – Available to all users besides those with a safety concern badge
  • Transaction Limits – Maximum 2,000 USD all eligible members
  • Permitted Use – Restricted to digital asset transfers (e.g., social media properties) and service agreements with a maximum delivery period of 30 days.
  • Chargebacks – Credit card payments are subject to standard card scheme chargeback risks. SWAPD and Trustap reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse card transactions where fraud or compliance issues are suspected.

3. Bank Wire Payments

  • Transaction Limit – Maximum 10,000 USD per transaction, applicable to all membership levels besides SWAPD Partners, whose limit is 20,000 USD
  • Service Delivery – Only services with delivery terms of 90 days or less qualify for bank wire payments. Services exceeding this timeframe must use cryptocurrency.
  • Processing Times – International wires typically settle within 1–5 business days. Delays may occur due to intermediary banks, compliance reviews, or jurisdiction-specific restrictions.

  • All transactions are subject to AML/CTF compliance checks under Canadian law (PCMLTFA, FINTRAC oversight).
  • Funds remain in custody of SWAPD (VEYYO LP) until payout or refund authorization.
  • SWAPD is not liable for delays, freezes, or losses caused by third-party banks, processors, or regulators once funds enter the financial system.
  • By using these payment methods, members expressly acknowledge the risks and agree to comply with all applicable requirements.
