SWAPD Prohibited Items & Services

At SWAPD, we are committed to maintaining a professional, trustworthy, and legally compliant marketplace. To protect our members and ensure long-term stability of the platform, the following items and services are strictly prohibited from being listed, promoted, or sold.

Prohibited Categories

  1. Fake Reviews and Testimonials

    • Services that generate fake reviews, ratings, testimonials, or endorsements on platforms such as TrustPilot, Amazon, Google, app stores, or similar are forbidden.

  2. Personal Social Media Accounts

    • Only niche- or theme-based social media properties (e.g., pets, fashion, cars) are permitted.
    • Personal accounts tied to an individual’s identity or likeness are strictly prohibited.

  3. Financial Products and Instruments

    • Preloaded gift cards, bank or merchant accounts, payment gateways, or any other regulated financial instrument may not be sold.

  4. Software & SaaS

    • Standalone software applications, SaaS products, cracked software, and unauthorized distribution of licensed programs are not allowed.

  5. Spam, Automation, and Proxies

    • Services enabling unsolicited bulk messaging, mass DMs, spam campaigns, or the distribution of proxies/VPNs are banned.

  6. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Panels

    • Engagement panels, follower boosters, or any automated engagement systems are prohibited.

  7. Fake or Inauthentic Engagement

    • The sale of fake likes, followers, views, comments, or other non-genuine engagement is not permitted.

  8. Private Blog Networks (PBNs) & Manipulative SEO

    • Networks, sites, or services designed solely to manipulate search engine rankings are not allowed.

  9. Data Scraping and Data Sales

    • Harvesting, scraping, or unauthorized sale of personal or corporate data is strictly prohibited.

  10. Content Removal or Reputation Services (Restricted)

  • Content removal services may only be offered where there is a legitimate claim (e.g., intellectual property infringement, fraud, or scam content).
  • Services aimed at silencing critics, competitors, or for purposes of harassment will not be accepted.
  1. Subscription Access Sales
  • Selling or reselling access to paid platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, or similar services is prohibited.
  1. Gaming Services and Digital Goods
  • Gaming accounts, in-game items, boosting services, or cheats are not permitted.
  1. Hacking, Exploits, or “Blackhat” Services
  • Any service involving unauthorized access, exploits, data breaches, or circumvention of platform rules is strictly prohibited.
  1. Harassment or “Negative PR” Services
  • Doxxing, harassment campaigns, negative press placements, or services intended to harm individuals or organizations are forbidden.
  1. Catch-All Prohibition
  • SWAPD reserves the right to prohibit any item, service, or transaction not explicitly listed above if, in our sole discretion, it is deemed unethical, high-risk, unlawful, or potentially damaging to the reputation and integrity of our platform.
