At SWAPD, we’re dedicated to maintaining a trustworthy and ethical marketplace. To uphold these values, we have specific guidelines on what cannot be listed or sold on our platform. Please review the following prohibited items and services:

  1. No Fake Review Services: Services offering fake reviews on platforms like TrustPilot, Amazon, and Google are strictly prohibited.

  2. No Personal Accounts: Only themed social media assets are allowed for sale. Personal social media accounts cannot be listed.

  3. Nothing Tied to Finances: This includes preloaded gift cards, merchant accounts, or any financial instruments.

  4. No Software: The sale of software, including Software as a Service (SaaS), is not allowed on SWAPD.

  5. No Spam: Any service that facilitates spamming, including mass direct messaging and similar tactics, is strictly forbidden.

  6. No SMM Panels: Social Media Marketing panels in any form are not permitted.

  7. No Sales of Fake Likes: We only allow the promotion of organic content. The sale of fake likes or similar inauthentic engagement is banned.

  8. No PBNs: Fake Public Relations activities or publishing on sites designed solely to manipulate Search Engine Results Pages (SERP) are not allowed.

  9. No Data Scraping: Scraping of data and the sale of scraped data are prohibited.

  10. Ban Services Under Strict Conditions: Services related to bans are only allowed in cases of intellectual property issues or scams. Bans motivated by spite are not permitted. Each transaction will undergo thorough verification.

  11. No Selling of Subscription Access: Selling access to services like Netflix, Hulu, or other similar subscriptions is not allowed.

  12. No Gaming-Related Services or Items: Gaming related services or items are not permitted on SWAPD.
