I did multiple tests. The Weight column represents the number of tickets a user had.

There were actually six test attempts. On the very first one @Taz won 5000 USD, but I forgot to screenshot it

As you can see from the results, the people who have more tickets show up more. However, there are plenty of one-ticket winners, so I will say this again. Everyone has a chance to win!
