The only way this is possible is if the website owner removes it. Anyone claiming otherwise is using DMCA and 1) it will show up as a notice at the bottom of the search engine and 2) if the website owner appeals it, it will come back and be there for forever, baring a court order.
There are strategies to get the website owner to remove it, but depending on the type of link and how compliant the owner is, the chances may be slim.
