Last night during payouts virtually all USDT ERC payments were failing. We kept trying over and over but nothing worked. This morning things started working, but we’re noticing a huge lag, so please be patient while waiting for your payout. The problem is that our payment attempts made last night went through in the morning. We’ve just noticed now that some users got paid 2-3 times in their tickets. We’re currently reviewing all transactions and are attempting to recover our funds. It would make our life easier if users who got paid multiple times just contacted us (some didn’t, which is a shame).
In conclusion, expect up to 24-48 hour USDT ERC payment delays, and if you got paid more than you were supposed to, please contact us. Thank you.
