Anyways there are a few legit providers here not trying to put all in the same basket.
@Abstract @madej @Lunar
Yeah
When I do that, the seller leaves negative feedback on my profile saying I’m not an understanding person that this stuff can go over the TAT. When I dispute, admins leave the feedback on.
As a rather new member on the site I see that this website in specific caters more towards the services. It’s true, the community for buying/selling handles, stats, etc… isn’t what it used to be.
I remember back when the community was just starting to boom (2016-2018) it was a lot less statured and you’d primarily see listing for handles & stats.
Now a days you’re better off just reselling a service that already exist and acting as a “middleman” between service provider and client.
Sorry to hear. I bet a lot of people deal with the same issue which leads to no one leaving proper feedback.
People leaving proper feedback would solve a lot of issues. If a seller claims something is 100% guaranteed and they don’t deliver it, they deserve a negative feedback.
It doesn’t have to be 1star if the sellers communication was fine during the process, but a 3 star with explanation would help a lot of future buyers from timewasting and making false promises to their clients.
The problem happens even before getting into tickets.
Swapd services simply arent competitive anymore…im saying we should all work towards fixing this.
Platforms like Upwork give out a reply rate to invitations and average reply time.
Might be something to implement to swapd.
Ticket success score also good option to implement.
‘Ticket successrate’ (as seller)
Service providers need better guide lines.
Dont allow just anyone to just sell services, select them and ask for clear terms etc.
Usually reps only need invoices, that’s what I did before, just invoices.
But most rep now can’t do.
If only you knew how many service listings we reject every day because they lack details, or are poorly created.
Example:
“hlo i make goggel review remove in 2 day 500$ bitcoin contact now”
Could be an option, I feel like service providers also should stop complaining about having too many dm’s if they don’t point out pricing ranges. If you don’t want put out prices, which if fine, you can expect a sh!tload of dm’s from people asking for the price.
SWAPD is a free market like everything else in this world
Do your own due diligence before buying something. Read reviews, ask for references
This is an amazing suggestion, similar to AirBnB.
I think the feedback should be tied to a thread/ service as well. So buyers don’t assume just because someone has a certain ranking for other services doesn’t mean they can deliver a new service to that same capacity and expertise.
Hmmm I like this.
Most forums dont allow just anyone to start a sales post tho. Back then you used to get x reputatio before selling.
We want to make swapd competitive and help it thrive not just let it be.
Easy to just go offsite
Agree; I’ve suggested this before too.
@SWAPD has done a ton of work on the site and things take time, but this would be a major improvement. I think it would be neat if there was a section where we can suggest features, up vote on them, and Swapd can update the status to show what’s in progress, etc. Here’s an example:
What you think @SWAPD ?
i wanted to open a thread like this but I was worried people would take it the wrong way.
I too love swapd and use it only to buy services/accounts, but I swear getting sellers to reply back to you is like pulling nails, I feel most not all diamond members take a VERY long time to reply.
@swapd should definitely have metric that displays how quick people reply to threads, maybe it will help with this issue.
