The SWAPD iOS app is being discontinued, but that doesn't mean you can't use SWAPD on your iPhones and iPads

Verifications and stuff like this in the social media world is illegal

Show me a penal code that says that, from any country/jurisdiction. I will give you 100 USD if you do.

If it wasn’t so “illegal” why would Meta send C&D’s to all these sellers?

Learn what the word “illegal” means, then talk to me.

PayPal once included “You can’t sue us” in their Terms of Service  Is that legally binding?

Instagram says it’s illegal to buy social media properties without using SWAPD as your Middleman…

Exactly!

Definitely not illegal; just against the websites terms and conditions. Therefore, no criminal charges could ever be brought. However, you could face a civil suit vs the platforms if they chose to pursue hence the C&D.

Current scenarios

hahaha  I like

@coehn was right. I just switched phones and am forced to use Discourse Hub, the SWAPD experience is faster. And to be honest the notifications, at least for me, are showing up fairly quickly.

Bump reminder that you can use SWAPD on iOS, as some users are still unaware:

Was unaware until just now. Downloaded and working good

Your notifications will stop, unfortunately. We’ve discovered a bug in the code (not really a bug just Apple doesn’t like the way we do things). This will be fixed in SWAPD 3.2 (in 1-3 weeks).
