Refund - What Does It Mean?
When your checkout ticket status is marked as refund, it indicates that the transaction will not be completed, and the buyer will receive a full or partial refund.
Important Points to Note:
-
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment. For instance, if the buyer paid via bank wire, the refund will be issued through bank wire.
-
In cases where the refund is necessary due to the seller’s error, the seller may be responsible for any money transfer fees incurred.
-
SWAPD fees are fully refundable when refunds are issued, unless otherwise specified by SWAPD staff within the checkout ticket.
