When your ticket status is labeled as services in progress, it indicates that the seller is actively working on the project outlined within the ticket’s terms. The duration of these services can vary significantly, ranging from a few hours to several days or even months, depending on the time frame specified by the seller in the ticket’s terms.

Services in Progress - No Prepayment

In the case of a ticket marked as services in progress - no prepayment, it signifies that the seller is undertaking the work without the buyer making any upfront payments to SWAPD. This arrangement is typically employed when the seller is new to the platform, lacks a proven track record, or when the likelihood of completing the service is uncertain. Buyers are required to make full payment once the service has been successfully completed.

  • Tickets set to services in progress may not be closely monitored by SWAPD staff. If you require assistance, have questions, or need help, please mention the admin overseeing your checkout ticket using the @tag. If the admin is unavailable, you can send a message to all admins by tagging @Administrators.
  • Sellers are responsible for meeting the deadlines specified in the ticket’s terms. Failure to complete the service within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in the closure of the ticket and the cancellation of the transaction by SWAPD staff.
