Transfer in Progress – What Does It Mean?

When your Checkout Ticket is marked as Transfer in Progress, it means that payment has been received and is under the custody of SWAPD (operated by VEYYO Limited Partnership, Canada, as Merchant of Record). At this stage, the subcontractor is in the process of delivering the digital asset or service described in the Checkout Ticket, under the supervision of SWAPD staff.

SWAPD staff will provide updates throughout the process. Please review all transfer instructions carefully and await further communication before taking additional action.


Important Points to Keep in Mind

  • Duration of Transfers – Timeframes vary depending on the platform. Some transfers are immediate, while others (e.g., YouTube) may take up to 7 days due to platform policies.
  • Platform Limitations – SWAPD maintains transfer procedures for the most common digital assets, but not all. For less common platforms, SWAPD will provide reasonable assistance and guidance but cannot guarantee standardized procedures.
  • External Risks – Transfers may face delays or failures outside of SWAPD’s control, particularly on platforms with strict security requirements (e.g., Gmail, Google accounts). SWAPD cannot be held liable for restrictions, reversals, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.
  • Payout Authorization – Payouts to subcontractors are only authorized once SWAPD confirms that delivery has been completed in accordance with the Checkout Ticket terms.
