Hey everyone,

I’ve got an issue where I can’t access the TikTok stories feature on my account…

Now before you say it’s only limited to certain accounts right now…hear me out.

One one device I have TikTok stories. On another device I don’t. (SAME ACCOUNT).

How is this possible? TikTok app is up to date on both accounts. 1 is IPhone 11 and the other is iPhone 11 Pro Max

Did you buy the account ? Because when you buy a account who is created in the country who don’t have the future of story the account will not have it

Read my post again :slight_smile: I have the feature on one device, but not on another. We are both in the same country logging into the exact same account

Maybe try updating your device. I know on facebook you had to update the app for reels.

Are you using the same phone carrier on both phones and same iOS/TikTok app version?

Correct, which makes it even more bizarre

These features roll out to devices gradually (same with some other LIVE features).

Hey,

I need some help with an issue.
Someone as created a fake account in my name on TikTok. They are using my video’s and profile picture.
They visit the LIVE’S of followers and ask for money or use abusive words against others.
I’ve already send a report to TikTok however I have not yet received an answer and it’s already been a week.
My friend recommended SWAPD to look for help or some ideas on how to get TikTok to ban this person.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
