Just tried to login to my TW, and it says they have closed my account. I tried clicking on appeal and they only gave me the option to “request my funds” and I did, got this hilarious screen right after. Funny thing is I got no warning email (like @SWAPD fortunately got and could retrieve his dough on time)… nothing. Boom, closed. Now of course they have my money hostage. Just incredible.
Anyone have any experience and could share their turnouts with this situation?
