Tutorial: Using AI to Write Human-Like Articles

By now, we all can pretty much distinguish an AI-written article. “In the digital landscape” and whatnot, it is very easy to spot an AI author.

We’ve even noticed that Google and other search engines are getting smarter at detecting AI-generated content. Rumor has it that this kind of content might get less attention and rank lower than other (more human) content. To make sure your articles don’t read like they were written by a robot, here’s a handy guide on using AI to create content that feels authentically human. Follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide

Step One: Gather Your Self-Written Content

  1. Collect a few articles, emails, or any written materials you’ve personally written.
  2. Make sure you have at least 1,500 words of self-written content.

Step Two: Start a New Session with ChatGPT-4

  1. Open a new session in ChatGPT-4.
  2. Get ready to teach the AI your writing style.

Step Three: Train the AI on Your Writing Style

  1. Tell ChatGPT-4 to learn your writing style. For example, you can start with:
"Please learn my writing style and save it for future use."

  2. Follow this command by pasting your self-written content. This helps the AI understand the nuances of your style.

That’s It!

Writing with Your Style

Next time you want to write something original and ensure it passes AI detection:

  1. Go back to your ChatGPT session.
  2. Prompt the AI by saying:
"Using my writing style, please write an article about [your subject]."

  3. Review the output to make sure it aligns with your expectations.

Additional Tips

Even if your writing style comes out a bit too complex or difficult to read, you can refine it further:

  • Ask the AI to rewrite the content at an 8th-9th grade reading level. For example:
"Please rewrite this in an 8th-9th grade reading style to make it as human as possible."

Testing Your Content

To ensure your content doesn’t read as AI-generated:

  • Use AI detection tools such as ZeroGPT. These tools can help you verify if your article passes as human-written.

By following these steps, you can produce high-quality, human-like content that resonates well with both readers and search engines.

Happy writing, yo!

I haven’t tried, but I wouldn’t count on it. Works best with 4o version, IMO.
