Urgent: Help logging into instagram

Hi everyone,

You’re help would be much appreciated on this topic. I am in a new location and Instagram detected an unusual login attempt because of that and they temporarily disabled my account because of that.

I’ve tried logging back in through my phone and laptop but keep on getting this screen of a loading circle. Does anyone have any advice to get back into the account? And is there a support line of Instagram that I can reach out to?

Try to go into a new browser on your laptop, reset password, click the link on your email, and reset password. Again, new browser or even incognito, try to log in.

When I type in the account email, it says no account found because the account is currently “disabled”. Maybe I should try typing in the OG email?

Wondering if you ever got this solved or if @Thanos was able to help in this situation
