Username changes are no longer allowed on SWAPD

Just as the title says, you’re now stuck with your username (lmao @RandyMarsh).

Why are we doing this?

We’ve noticed that some users whitewash their sins (if something goes bad for them in a sales topic) by changing their usernames. This makes others forget about those sins, and this isn’t right. So, starting today, you are who you are, and there is nothing you can do to change that (on SWAPD).
