I just got a DM on one of my pages saying I am eligible for verification. It was from a large verified page on Instagram. It seems sketchy. Any thoughts? They also sent a link which I will not click.

Yes they give you a link to login, that is mostly phising website.
then they steal ur account. it is happening for past few months.
They jack verified accounts and spam dm just to jack many more accounts.

This account has PM me & several other accounts i manage he is verified & he is sending a link that looks exactly like instagram & tricky for people that doesn’t know how to differ instagram link from scams.
I tried to report from many verified profiles but still this account is not taken down, if anyone can report it that would be helpful for other people not to fall into this
