We’ve noticed a 90% drop in notifications being sent out, due to some odd reason for many members, the app category (in user settings) was purged overnight. The easiest way to enable phone notifications is to reinstall the app, log in, and connect (before you do that please temporarily disable 2-factor).
We are two weeks away from an iOS/Android update, and once that happens we will have to go through this again because of the major authentication changes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
