What are the biggest social flips (personal) you've ever made?

I had a verified twitter account that I had the handle changed to. And sold that account for $5000 because the handle was the last name of somebody. However, after about a weak, the account got unverified and handle was turboed (stolen when changing the handle trying to put it on another account) and my buyer claimed I scammed him when I had proof I didn’t. He must’ve tried changing the @ which caused him to lose verification as well as losing the swap.

Made my League page and grew it to 750k in 2 years without any investments. I was earning around 600-1000$ monthly and then I sold it for 12,000$

Best  By the way how bro?

Organically, I didn’t spam Facebook groups I just shared content that was viral in the niche and that I personally liked

And what about the biggest social losses

I begin :

I lost more than 200 Facebook pages (unpublished by Facebook) + my personal account + 5 personal accounts of peoples who work for me (Disabled by Facebook) in the same time

And the worst thing is I don’t know why
(That’s happened last month)

I feel you, happened to me a few years ago where dozens of pages were deleted due to my facebook profile getting disabled… with no reason at all.

My Facebook Ads account has been disabled a couple times.

Anyways I have sold a few instagram accounts, I made a fake Jablinski Games Instagram that organically gained around 20,000 followers and then sold it for around $3k because all the users were really active and engaged.
I made another account with memes and grew it to around 10k and then I traded it for a semi-OG handle.

Purchased the legal rights to a defunct company, that turned out to have social properties on all social media, adding up to well over $150,000 in direct account sales. I paid $3,750 + $400 for the company and all of their online properties.

@Goofy wins again! Damn it, here, just take the keys to SWAPD. You will probably buy it out anyway :frowning:

@tahlch - That is horrible, I am sorry for your loss :frowning: Sounds like they wiped you off from Facebook.

I bought a youtube channel for $1,100 from a musical group who already had another channel, and sold it for $2,000

Great topic and amazing insight.

As someone who is new to the buying and selling game, what other outlets are out there to sell properties?

I appreciate the right handle or audience could be super high value ti the right person/company but how do you source these?

There arent any as good as Swapd, most of the other ones have complex UIs and stuff, I prefer the simpleness of Swapd over others.

Remember when I bought @/br*** on IG for 450$, sold it and lost swap - then you claimed and flipped for $3k? Big TB.

Some years ago I worked together with a partner. We did everything together except for one deal. We bought many pages together. Someday he wanted to buy another one together for 800 Dollars. I refused because we already bought so many pages. He bought it alone and sold it again only 3 weeks later for 20’000 Dollars.

Recently I helped a friend to sell his channel for 150’000 Dollars. He built it alone and it had over a millions followers. Still a sick price.

That’s a nice sale :open_mouth:

Yes we sold to an agency that drives traffic for big magazines with their Facebook pages. Because of the algorithm changes the traffic that they could send decreased and decreased. They bought it to get back to the old level.
