What is the Seller Success Ratio?

The Seller Success Ratio on SWAPD is a feature that allows users to assess a seller’s track record. You can check a seller’s success ratio by clicking on their avatar or visiting their user profile.

Example:
83.8% seller success ratio based on 185 transactions

If you do not see any sales or ratio reports on a user’s profile, it means that the user has not completed any sales on SWAPD. Buyers are encouraged to use this feature to evaluate the seller’s reliability and performance.

Please Note:
The Seller Success Ratio feature was introduced on April 4th, 2025. Because of this, data collected before that date might not be fully accurate. Early data may include failed transactions that were not necessarily the seller’s fault, such as buyer non-payment or no-shows. Over time, the ratio will become more precise as the system now excludes transactions canceled due to the buyer’s fault.

This feature helps maintain transparency and allows buyers to make informed decisions when choosing a seller.
