exchange between pages for a fee. like a middle man.
i have a page with US audience and want to exchange it for one with UK audience or whatever. Swapd is the middle man for a fixed fee.

We actually already have that; we charge a fixed 35 USD for trades.

I would first get rid of @SWAPD and then you could do whatever you want.

Few more suggestions:
Beep Sound with every notification
Loan Section (VIPs and Premiums can take $10-$100 loan from each other after making a post in that section)
Every 8th Week should be a NO-FEE Week for every Premium and VIP or for all.
