The client didn’t even negotiate for cheaper service , he just don’t want to lose his money , because he had to sell some of his properties to raise this funds.
I asked @Verus politely , how certain are you that you can deliver , the client wants 100% guarantee , since @SWAPD started charging transaction fees even after the seller fails to deliver , they claim sending money back to buyer attracts some fees and the charges depends on the payment method.
I also read somewhere that @SWAPD still charges its Swapd fees even on failed ticket transactions dunno how true that is.
I won’t lie I now feel reluctant to render services , also to buy services .
Imagine the transaction and Swapd fees that would be on $13k and there is a chance money would be lost and the job wouldn’t get done.
Coming to @Verus I don’t know if he / she has some language barrier , and cant understand simple English, but every simple chance of communicating with him / her takes us to a whole another dimension of insults and which I would have to respond with an insult because you get what you dish, it gets tiring and when I explain to him as elementary as I can , it’s either as a seller you communicate how best efficient you could politely, this man or woman always result to name calling , he when called me scammer lmao.
I have told him / her several times , if you can’t do it just say " this service is not 100% I can’t guarantee it and am sorry I can’t be responsible for any transaction fees" instead this man / woman results to insults bringing in not important topics about a single bad review on my profile , then calling me a scammer .
Yes I also in return insulted him back , but how do we build a community when common communication is very difficult, and how can we operate this system on Swapd with the current policies which was not before .
And the prices or services on here are so inflated and expensive, to be a reseller is too difficult to make money , the guys who introduced me on here have all left , making moeny on Swapd is not as it use to be.
Sadly I can’t guarantee a 100% so that’s why I wouldn’t be able to refund transactions fees.

i actually have the same problem i have paid @holma 24500$ he cloudnt do the job and still now im not getting my transfert fees back of 251 $
So you mean if we open the ticket and he couldn’t deliver full money would be refunded and no money would be deducted ?

But why is @SWAPD saying it’s untrue that they don’t charge transaction fees on failed transactions ?
We don’t refund money transfer fees, but if a seller fails, you can ask him to cover the money transfer losses. We will place sellers account on hold until he does refund.
If you only actually read what we posted in tickets, you wouldn’t be asking these questions.

Swapd refunds you all the money. The only amount not refunded is the 1% of the deal which is the transaction fees.
If the ticket is 10,000$, you would lose 100$ in case deal fails, sellers have the chance to do not accept a ticket if they want. No one force me to accept a ticket under your terms.
If you are okay to refund the 1% if you fail then open up the ticket , God bless you and have a lovely time .
I’ve been clear from first brother, it’s better to be honest before ticket than lie to you in case it fails. It’s a NO. On Swapd most of rules and terms benefit more the buyer than seller sadly.
