You’re banned because of AUP, you won’t get those funds back. They will withdraw it after around 170 days.

I see you have an open ticket with deposited funds. What would you say if:
- We banned you
- Kept the funds for 180 days
- After 180 days, still kept the funds
- Only gave you generic walls of text when you contact us and no option to dispute
