SWAPD is a trusted middleman service dedicated to offering our users the safest way to buy, sell, or trade items and services of virtual nature. SWAPD opens doors for you to earn and rise to fame in the digital universe by connecting you with vast network of buyers, sellers, and opportunities.
To remedy the countless users who claim they don’t like to use SWAPD to chat, and to combat our recent removal of SWAPD from the AppStore, we’re now introducing a new way to stay connected to SWAPD. Thanks to @coehn’s idea, we’ve connected SWAPD with Telegram. You will now be able to receive notifications from your PMs and Topics via our official swapd_bot. This ensures that you will stay connected and receive instant push notifications. This is especially important for our iPhone users, who will soon no longer have access to our official iOS app (Android users, you’ve won this battle). While this solution isn’t ideal, it does keep you informed about the latest messages/events on your account. All your PMs will be organized under one chat thread, and to respond to any PM/user, simply swipe left on your Telegram message bubble.
We’ve personally found that it can be a tad overwhelming to have many messages in one thread, but for a casual user, this addition should be a welcomed change. We plan to release an update soon that will limit notifications to PM/topics only, to avoid clutter. Things like likes/auctions/random notifications will not be seen in the next releases of this plugin.
We’ve updated the SWAPD + Telegram connection and removed unnecessary notifications. You will now only receive PM/Topic notifications. It’s much cleaner now, and easier to use.
As mentioned earlier, we’re just a few days from releasing an update that will kill random notifications such as those. It’s just a tiny translation bug, it will be resolved soon
It would be cool to see all the history of each member I have chatted with in one thread. For instance if they say they will do something for a certain price I have to set a reminder or screenshot in case that thread gets lost. Because when I click message that same member it will start a new topic and all history will be gone unless I find that same thread. So you could have 14 different threads to go through for that person when trying to find what they said prior versus just scrolling up all history ever in one thread
