I haven’t had this happen, but what I have had happen is multiple sellers ignore basic PMed questions regarding their services (many questions that I know my own clients will have). Are the sellers on here obligated to act on actual tickets or can they ignore those too? What if I submit a ticket and the seller ignores it or even doesn’t act for a long number of days? Just curious. Thanks!
Sellers are required to respond during an active checkout ticket. If a seller does not respond after receiving multiple warnings from the staff, we will have to suspend their SWAPD account. The same goes for a buyer
Great; as expected. Thanks.
Why on earth would you open a ticket with someone who can’t even be bothered to reply to your messages?
Bro wanted the course by asking 21 questions Instead of buying it and is surprised why he didn’t answer @Brant
what is the topic about LOL i can use it in my next assignment
@charizard made my day hahahahaha
@Ramius learn to shut the f*ck up man. 50 questions is a full time job itself. Entitled kid.
I get the impression that he’s gathering information from the seller without being ID-verified.
Crazy. I can’t believe this guy has the nerve to complain about no responses when he bombards every seller with over 20 questions.
@Daddy if you want to know about the service I was offering you can PM me.
Most sellers on here have been awesome at answering any questions raised for me. When I saw @Forest’s comment I got a little triggered as I spent 45 min answering nearly all of his questions in detail. When I stopped answering his questions, he told me money is tight but we will be in touch.
Yesterday he messaged me asking me questions that I had already answered in detail and if I can discount my pricing (which I had also already answered).
@Comfy No need to insult him.
I get the impression Ramius is new to the marketing/social media role and has a many questions/concerns.
I consider myself a patient person but personally I would not likely reply to someone again if they sent me this many questions.
My best advice to @ramius is to ask less questions and focus on getting clients.
Swapd is one of the safest places to do business as a buyer and they’ll hold funds/refund if anything goes awry.
I don’t think so. The manner in which he’s inquiring seems like he’s gathering information from other sellers. He should only ask questions when he initiates a ticket or is genuinely interested in something. Why is he asking the same questions to 20 other sellers?
I don’t think he has any clients yet and is possibly starting an agency, acquiring service providers for the services he wants to sell.
I would suggest recommending to him that he verify his identification. It seems like he may be simply wasting people’s time otherwise.
Brokie! Love Charizard though, my favorite since a kid!
Hahaha
