How does swapd deal with PayPal chargeback scam?

basically i am planning to both sell and buy on swapd.
but since I’ve not yet completed a transaction i am unsure whether

1.the buyers send payment directly to my PayPal after the purchase ticket is approved.

or

2.if the buyer sends the payment to the swapd escrow PayPal, then, swapd releases the money to my PayPal.

if no 2 is true how does swapd deal with chargeback?
because it is already well known that PayPals biggest problem is scam buyers who open dispute after paying, saying item not received or unauthorized transaction. etc.
and 99% of the time paypal sides with buyer even if seller gives proof of delivery.

like for example let’s say I’m selling a channel for 1k$ >
swapd escrow receives payment from buyer > swapd escrow releases payment to me > i receive and withdraw the payment to my bank account > now buyer decides to open dispute weeks later > now if swapd loses the dispute to PayPal , then the swapd PayPal will be in negative - 1k$ balance > but the money is already with me.

now what will swapd do?

even if no 1 is true. what happens if the buyer charges me back after buying from me.

This happens here.

And regarding chargeback I don’t have any idea tho.

so does buyer send money to swapd escrow or to us

Dude what have just said.

Buyer sends the money to swapd and swapd sends to you after the account/property is safely escorted.

Step 1 – You first browse around our website and try to find a willing buyer/seller.
Step 2 – Once you find a willing person, you start a checkout ticket. Both parties join a checkout ticket and confirm the details of the transaction such as:

  • Account in question
  • Price
  • Method of payment

Step 3 – SWAPD team confirms everything including fees (we charge a small fee + money transfer fees) and set terms that all parties must agree to. To calculate the fee, use our fee calculator. Our company also audits (upon request) the properties sold/purchased within our network, to check for fake likes/followers/activity/etc.
Step 4 – Upon reaching a deal, both parties agree to directly forfeit the payment and the property to SWAPD.
Step 5 – We confirm the payment and secure the property.
Step 6 – Upon inspection and confirmation from all parties that everything is OK, we release the property and payment (minus our fee) to the rightful owners.

This is what an escrow (middleman) service looks like. Our team is here to make sure you don’t get cheated, and that the properties sold within our network are clean and free of any wrongdoings.

i understood the process but my main question is about chargebacks.
what if buyer charges back the amount he paid for.
and if swapd loses the cases and goes in negative balanace what happens?

Any chargebacks by the buyer is our problem.

Or should I say, if a buyer dares, it will be his problem

lol ik but if he charges back and wins after he got the product, and i withdrew the money and if ur swapd paypal account goes in negative balance, will u ask “me” the “seller” to pay back this money, that you guys lost on dispute to the buyer?

No, we will not.
