How to use timed bookmarks inside tickets and private messages

Timed bookmarks allow you to set reminders for important matters inside your tickets and regular private messages. In order to set a reminder, follow the instructions below.

Step 1 - Click the bookmark icon

The icon is available inside all tickets and private messages at the bottom of each thread.

Step 2 - Pick your time and date

You can pick from a set of ready timeframes, or choose a custom time and date. You can even set a relative countdown timer, from minutes, days, to even months or years.

Step 3 - Hit save and that’s it!

You should be all set to receive a fresh notification when the set time expires. This simple yet very useful feature will make sure you never forget to respond to your potential client.
