Thereās a lot of comments so not sure if this has already been said, but when you make a new ticket, the ticket should continue under the same chat you just had with the buyer/seller. Iām not sure why you made it into a new page altogether, but now I have to flick through 2 seperate pages to remember what I already said to the seller and it makes it difficult for an admin to follow whatās happening as well. If there isnāt a reason why you made the ticket page a new page, I think it is much better the way it was. PS I primarily use swapd on iPhone so it is MUCH easier to have it all on the same page. @swapd
We did this because of the way Discourse (the program we use to run SWAPD) is designed. I am talking mainly about the infinite scroll feature, topics/posts cannot have more than 500 replies. Anything over that starts to lag the user-end. Many times users convos + ticket details stretched things to hundreds of posts on a single page, this is why we separated them. It may be a tad inconvenient, but weāve made it so the system drops a link to your original conversation right in the ticket terms, you can click on it to see what was previously discussed.
Swapd you should add an option like in shoutcart anyone post something for sale he should verify that he own this account its something automated that he could add a word in the face or instagram bio. And the the bot will verify that and then he will be able to sell it
But that suggests we have a problem with users selling properties they donāt really own, and do we? I think the number of such cases is really small on SWAPD, no?

Ah you mean people selling others selling properties, I notice that a lot more in the services section than the property section. I think itās probably one of the biggest issues Iām seeing right now, people see on another site they can make Google panels for $50, then without even testing to see if it works, start selling it here for $500. Then the deal falls through, and they do it again in a few more weeks with a different property.

Remove misleading words from topic titles. Like āFast, safest, bestā etc. Swapd already has a feedback system. So sellers doesnāt need to rate their own service.
That may be a good idea, not sure if we would be able to enforce it.
Remove ios notification when the message/thread is opened via desktop. Just like Whatsapp if itās opened on PC, it also removes the notification on your phone
