@SWAPD
What is your networth?

Broke.

How many M you have?
Lol let’s motivate us

I would say between 3-5

None. I am literally broke. SWAPD doesn’t earn as much as people would think. However, I am not dumb with my money, whenever I get some, I invest or try new things.

Over the past years I’ve earned enough to:

  1. Buy 3x (and pay off) properties.
  2. Launch and fund (in full) an eye care center (that my ex-wife took in a divorce)
  3. Multiple cars, all new. Paid with cash.

So, NOT bad, but not rich by any means.

Even recently I was able to help my dad buy (an almost) new SUV by funding 1/2 of it :smiley: That kind of felt good :slight_smile:

IMO keeping cash is dumb these days, risky. Just keep some to survive if things go bad. INVEST, even if small. Freeze your net-worth. Next money I am getting I plan to buy more properties.
